Kixie is awesome! Not only is it affordable, but it's super easy to use, their support team is AMAZING, and the integration with HubSpot is seamless. Best value phone/SMS app on the market. Seamless integration with HubSpot. Calls are automatically updated to the contact record, and if a call task it due on the record, it will automatically complete it. My favorite portion is the recorded calls that are easily accessible within HubSpot's activity feed. Our team focuses heavily on listening back to calls to help improve talk tracks, and being able to easily listen back to previous calls has been a huge help to our sales team's development. It's also been a huge help when trying to refer back to topics we've discussed with customers/prospects.
