Connect Kixie With Tray

Tray and Kixie Integration Setup

Tray does not offer a ready-made Kixie connector. Use Tray's HTTP Client, Webhook Trigger, or Connector Builder with your Kixie API key and Business ID. A Kixie admin finds the API key and Business ID under Manage, Account Settings, Integrations. Webhooks and API access are available starting with the Professional plan.

Send Kixie Events to Tray

Create a Tray Webhook Trigger, then paste its URL into Kixie's webhooks settings. Kixie sends call, text, call outcome, and voicemail events with the call details, both numbers, the rep, and the recording URL.

• Calls: The End Call webhook sends call status, duration, both numbers, the rep, and the recording URL as soon as a call ends, ready to pass to Tray.
• Call outcomes: The Disposition webhook fires when a rep saves an outcome, so your automation can update Tray.
• Text messages: The SMS webhook sends each inbound and outbound message with its direction and both numbers.
• Voicemails and follow-ups: Voicemail and Scheduled Activity webhooks cover inbound voicemails and tasks a rep schedules in the dialer.

Start Kixie Activity From Tray

Use the HTTP Client to call the Kixie Make a Call, Send to Queue, SMS, Add to PowerList, and Cadence APIs from any Tray workflow step.

Wrap the Kixie API With Connector Builder

Teams that use Kixie in many workflows can build a private Kixie connector in Tray's Connector Builder so each workflow does not need its own HTTP setup.
