Corrections Policy

Kixie wants its public content to be accurate, clear, and current. This policy explains how to report a possible error and what happens after we receive it.

How to request a correction

Use the Kixie contact page and include:

  • the URL of the page;
  • the specific statement or section you believe is inaccurate;
  • the correction you recommend;
  • a primary or authoritative source when one is available.

Account-specific support requests should continue to go through the Kixie support form.

What we review

We review factual errors, broken or mischaracterized sources, outdated product details, incorrect dates, material omissions, attribution problems, and wording that could overstate a legal, security, performance, or compliance claim. Reasonable disagreements about opinion or editorial judgment may not result in a correction, but we will consider whether the article needs clearer context.

How corrections appear

Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, and link repairs may be made without a public note. Material corrections should update the article’s modified date and, when useful to the reader, include a correction or change note explaining what changed. We do not silently change a material conclusion to conceal the earlier version.

Response and escalation

Reports are routed to the team responsible for the page. Legal, privacy, security, and product questions may require review by the appropriate internal owner before publication. Review time depends on the issue and the evidence available.
