Connect Copper to Kixie

In the Kixie PowerCall dialer, open the menu, go to Settings, then CRM, click the plus button, and choose Copper (listed in older Kixie docs under its former name, ProsperWorks). Follow the prompts to sign in or enter your API key. CRM integration is included on every Kixie plan.

What Kixie Logs in Copper

• Calls: Each call logs with its duration, recording URL, and both phone numbers.
• Text messages: Each text logs with the message and whether it was sent or received.
• Call outcomes: The outcome a rep selects logs as its own entry, together with any call notes.
• Follow-ups: Reps can schedule a future call with the Copper contact from the dialer.

How Kixie Finds the Right Copper Contact

Kixie searches Copper by phone number. Keep numbers in Copper's standard phone fields, because Kixie cannot search custom phone fields. If two contacts share a number, Kixie logs to the most recently created one.

Call and Text From Copper

With the Kixie PowerCall Chrome extension, reps click to call or text from Copper, see and edit the contact's name and email during the call, and log an outcome with notes. Kixie's Zapier actions can also start a call or text when something changes in Copper.
