Add Capsule in the Kixie PowerCall dialer's CRM settings. Kixie then finds the matching Capsule contact by phone number and logs each call, text, call outcome, and note there, so reps stop copying activity by hand.
Every call logs to the matching Capsule contact with its duration, recording link, and phone numbers.
Inbound and outbound calls show the Capsule contact in PowerCall, with a link to open the record.
Callers who are not in Capsule yet can become new contacts automatically, if you turn that on in the Kixie dashboard.
In the Kixie PowerCall dialer, open the menu, go to Settings, then CRM, click the plus button, and choose Capsule. Follow the prompts to sign in or enter your API key. CRM integration is included on every Kixie plan.
Kixie searches Capsule by phone number. Keep numbers in Capsule's standard phone fields, because Kixie cannot search custom phone fields. If two contacts share a number, Kixie logs to the most recently created one.
With the Kixie PowerCall Chrome extension, reps click to call or text from Capsule, see and edit the contact's name and email during the call, and log an outcome with notes. Kixie's Zapier actions can also start a call or text when something changes in Capsule.
