Agentforce Marketing and Kixie Integration Setup

Agentforce Marketing is not one of Kixie's native CRM integrations, so there is no one-click connector. You link the two with an automation tool such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, or with your own code using the Kixie API and webhooks. Webhooks and API access are available starting with the Professional plan. A Kixie admin finds the API key and Business ID under Manage, Account Settings, Integrations, and first-time API users may need Kixie Support to enable the key.

Log Kixie Calls and Texts in Agentforce Marketing

• Calls: The End Call webhook sends call status, duration, both numbers, the rep, and the recording URL as soon as a call ends, ready to pass to Agentforce Marketing.
• Call outcomes: The Disposition webhook fires when a rep saves an outcome, so your automation can update Agentforce Marketing.
• Text messages: The SMS webhook sends each inbound and outbound message with its direction and both numbers.
• Voicemails and follow-ups: Voicemail and Scheduled Activity webhooks cover inbound voicemails and tasks a rep schedules in the dialer.

Start Kixie Calls and Texts From Agentforce Marketing

With Kixie's Zapier actions, a Agentforce Marketing event can add a contact to a PowerList or Cadence, place a call through Kixie PowerCall or a call queue, or send a text from a rep or a Team SMS inbox. Teams that prefer to build it themselves can use the Make a Call, Send to Queue, and SMS APIs.

Call Agentforce Marketing Contacts From Your Browser

The Kixie PowerCall Chrome extension adds click-to-call icons next to phone numbers on most web pages in Chrome. When a number has no icon, reps can highlight it, right-click, and start a Kixie call. These calls reach Agentforce Marketing only through a webhook or automation you set up.
