Automate Inbound Lead Follow-Up

Once you have a high-performing inbound lead funnel from an online form, automate the lead follow-up process with Zapier and Kixie in a few simple steps.

New Form Submission

In this example, we’ll use Jotform as our online form capture tool. However, you can use any form tool that integrates with Zapier. Create a new Zap, and set the Trigger as a New Submission in your form tool.

Map Collected Data

With Zapier, you can directly map the information from your form to specific fields in Kixie’s PowerList tool.

Add to PowerList

Choose “Add to Powerlist in Kixie” in order to send your form data to the Kixie dialer. This way, your reps can see any applicable information in the "Next Call Refresher” field in their dialer.

Start Dialing

When agents are in a power dialing session, they will see new leads from the online form come through with all the relevant information for a successful follow up.
