Screen pop is a Kixie feature that allows the dialer window to pop to the front of the user's screen when there’s an incoming call or relevant notification. This allows agents to easily answer calls without having to find the dialer window amidst other programs on their computer.

It’s simple to turn screen pop on or off by navigating to the settings in the Kixie dialer, and toggling the “Screen Pop” button on or off as needed.
