How Brokerpreneur Boosted Outbound Sales Productivity With Kixie
After almost two and a half years of searching and repeated failed trials with other dialer platforms, Brokerpreneur Podcast found in Kixie a partner willing to build the custom Zoho CRM setup its outbound sales team needed. Who Brokerpreneur Podcast Is
Brokerpreneur Podcast empowers overloaded real estate brokers to become more profitable, offering coaching and training for brokers and their agents alongside two real estate focused podcasts.
Owner and CEO Matt Vigh also leads a remote outbound sales team that calls on behalf of clients, so he needed a sales dialer that would make his life easier instead of adding tech headaches.
The Problem: “That’s Just Not Really Possible”
Matt needed a dialer that integrated deeply with his existing stack, especially Zoho CRM. His team wanted to stay on home base, running everything through the CRM, because information flows in from landing pages, OptinMonster, and a range of other sources.
The complication: Brokerpreneur uses Zoho CRM together with Zoho Campaigns and much of the wider Zoho suite. Matt hired consultants to help and got nearly the same answer from all of them: that what he wanted was just not really possible.
Other dialer vendors were no better. Automated support chats and emails went nowhere unless he chased them, and after almost two and a half years of searching and many unsuccessful platform trials, Matt still had no solution.
The Solution: An Engineering Team That Listened
Kixie’s solutions engineering team gave Matt a different answer. They asked for a little patience, were upfront about what would and would not work, and committed to getting him across the finish line.
Where something truly was not possible, they said so plainly and built a workaround together. Matt would wake up to morning emails laying out what the team planned to get worked out that day and promising progress updates.
His sales team now runs on PowerCall, SMS templates, Voicemail Drop, and custom sales automation built around that Zoho integration.
The Results
About 45 days into the integration, the productivity and performance changes were already clear. Outbound volume on behalf of clients has risen, which means those clients are getting more value from the partnership.
The team feels the difference too. Matt measures it by asking his sales staff how easy it is to work through their day, and the answer now comes with smiles: what he asks for, they can get done. Reps are less anxious about their calling and their connections.
The unexpected benefit was culture. When the distributed team meets in person, the time goes to training and team building instead of troubleshooting a tech stack that does not work the way it is supposed to.
