Make has a Kixie app for starting calls and texts, and Make's webhooks can receive Kixie call and text events, so you can build scenarios in both directions.

Add the Kixie app in a Make scenario and connect it with your Kixie API key and Business ID. A Kixie admin finds the API key and Business ID under Manage, Account Settings, Integrations. Webhooks and API access are available starting with the Professional plan.
Create a custom webhook in Make, copy its URL, and paste it into Kixie's webhooks settings. Kixie then sends call, text, and call outcome events to your scenario as they happen.
To add contacts to a PowerList or Cadence from Make, call the Kixie Add to PowerList or Send to Cadence API with Make's HTTP module or the Make an API Call module.
