We’re excited to deliver our next PowerCall and product update — a total of 31 updates (24 new features & improvements, 7 bug fixes) — designed to enhance our fraud protection, improve CRM connectivity, and harden system reliability.

🚀 New Features & Improvements (24)

• Relaxed overly-strict fraud filters on trial sign-up to reduce legitimate sign-ups being blocked
• Custom click-to-call integration for Vendasta CRM, enabling one-click dialing directly from the Vendasta dashboard
• Modernized SpamLikely detection to support additional mobile carriers
• Organized & improved our 10DLC infrastructure
• Added retry and back-off logic to GraphQL queries and mutations for improved resilience
• Enhanced SpamLikely to manage DNO number updates accurately
• Implemented robust phone-status tracking in SpamLikely workflows
• Removed deprecated Robokiller integration from the codebase
• Expanded monitoring and alerting data collection for real-time anomaly detection

🐛 Bug Fixes (7)

• Fixed contact deferral logic so it now respects each PowerList’s configuration
• Resolved an issue where PowerDialer would stop loading new leads after repeated dial attempts
• Added dark-mode support to the PowerList Mapping Tool in production
• Fixed a corner-case freeze when calling in “Do Not Disturb” mode
• Corrected Plivo media metrics so ice_connection reflects the true connection state
• Prevented dialing of business-blocked numbers across all channels
• Restored dialing functionality on non-WebRTC devices outside the web dialpad
