Interim Bug Fixes – Release Notes – April 1, 2025

We are excited to release several urgent bug fixes that address issues some customers experienced with our PowerDialer and CRM integrations. This update improves the stability and reliability of your integrations and call handling. Below is a summary of the key improvements included in this release:

  • CRM Integration Stability
    • Resolved an issue where the CRM integration (HighLevel) would show an authorization error after re-authentication. With this fix, once you reconnect your integration, you should no longer see the CRM Authorization error.
  • Improved HubSpot Integration
    • Addressed intermittent “Too Many Requests (429)” errors during periods of high call volume. Your call logs will now reliably appear in HubSpot without delays, ensuring a smoother experience.
  • Enhanced Dialing Process in PowerDialer
    • Fixed a situation where calls using AI Human Voice Detection were getting stuck in a “Dialing” state when calls were declined. The system now automatically moves on to the next call, keeping your dialing process efficient.
  • Reliable Call History Reporting
    • Created the call history endpoint to return accurate and complete call records. You can now retrieve detailed call information consistently, helping you better track and analyze your call data. Please reach out to our team for access and developer documentation.
