Bi-directional integration allows Kixie to send and receive information with our integration partners’ software applications, meaning the connection is more user-friendly and intuitive. For example, Kixie + HubSpot’s bi-directional integration allows users to place a call within HubSpot or Kixie, and associated customer information will be displayed and updated in the Kixie dialer as well as within HubSpot.
It takes less than 2 minutes to integrate Kixie with your current CRM. Simply open up and login to the dialer, select “Settings” in the dropdown menu, click “CRM” and add your existing CRM from a list of options. Select “Add” and you’ll be redirected to login to your CRM. Follow the prompts, and your integration is complete.
Yes, you can connect Kixie to more than one CRM. Simply choose which CRM you would like to be working with by setting it as the “Active” CRM within the CRM settings in the dialer.
