How to Respond to a Missed Call via Auto-Text
This automation allows your team to respond to a missed call by sending an automated text message, using Kixie PowerCall and HubSpot CRM.
Contact-Based Workflow
In HubSpot, set the trigger to detect call notes containing the word “Missed:” with a colon at the end.
Send SMS
Once the missed call is detected, set the first action step to send a templated auto-text message with Kixie to the caller.
Create Follow-Up Task
Create a follow-up task to serve as a reminder for someone on your team to reach out to the contact and address their needs.
