AI Human Voice Detection Improvements

  • Enhanced consistency when dialing multiple numbers simultaneously – the system now maintains your selected dialing quantity throughout your entire session.
  • All numbers being dialed are now visible during AI-powered sessions, providing complete transparency into your active calls.
  • AI dialing now fully respects your dashboard settings, allowing you to control exactly how many numbers are dialed at once (up to 10).

Dashboard & User Experience

  • Improved phone number search – you can now search for numbers in any format (with parentheses, dashes, or just digits).
  • Enhanced help functionality – clicking the Help button now provides immediate live support through chat.
  • Clearer guidance for PowerList dial settings when using AI Human Detect features.
  • New visual and audio indicators clearly show when powerdialing is active.

Communications & Messaging

  • Added support for managing multiple brand identities under a single SMS profile for businesses with multiple brands.

  • Fixed an issue where certain blocked numbers couldn’t be dialed on a second attempt when override permissions were enabled.
  • Resolved pagination problems on the Scheduled Reports page – you can now navigate through all your reports.

  • Addressed an issue where multiple calls could stack up without actually dialing.
  • Improved login reliability by resolving intermittent connection errors.
