We’re excited to introduce a new round of updates focused on reliability, usability, and performance. This release includes 3 enhancements and 15 bug fixes to improve your experience across PowerCall, the dashboard, and team messaging.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where PowerList dialing statistics did not match the dashboard view.
  • Improved responsiveness of the Kixie Numbers page.
  • Fixed issues with SMS history pagination and template page navigation.
  • Addressed a problem where deleted numbers remained visible in agent settings.
  • Fixed the ability to re-upgrade to a previous product after a downgrade.
  • Improved navigation consistency across dashboard subheader links.
  • Resolved issues saving contact preferences in some cases.
  • Corrected behavior when unholding a call, ensuring the caller is properly reconnected.
  • Fixed missing navigation from the Live Call window.
  • Improved how “SpamLikely” calls are processed and announced.
  • Ensured Click-to-Call respects Do Not Call rules even without country codes.
  • Fixed UI issues in the Team SMS Inbox when multiple agents were active.
  • Restored the Click-to-Call icon display for certain international numbers in Vendasta.
  • Fixed dialing issues related to country code logic.
  • Resolved intermittent errors during CSV file imports in the dashboard.
